What type of batteries does the dispenser use?

The dispenser uses four C batteries. Batteries are included with each purchase.

How long does a set of batteries last?

A set of standard C batteries will last for up to 8000 uses.

What type of sanitizer does the dispenser use?

While we highly recommend using the HRM Hand Sanitizer sold in our shop, our dispenser has been designed to be versatile enough that it will work with most liquid or gel alcohol-based hand sanitizers. 

How many uses does the sanitizer last before needing to be refilled?

The dispenser can be used up to 1000 times before needing to be refilled. The dispenser dispenses 1mL of sanitizer each use and holds a maximum of 1000mL.

Sanitizer not dispensing properly?
If your gel sanitizer is too thick, our dispenser may have trouble dispensing the perfect amount every time. We suggest mixing in a little water to dilute the solution enough that it will dispense easily. Make sure to mix thoroughly between each test and to only add a little water at a time to avoid tainting the effectiveness of the sanitizer.
What are the minimum and maximum heights for the stand?

The dispenser, measured from the top of the dispenser to the floor, can be raised to a maximum height of about 5.5ft and a minimum height of about 3.5ft.
